pagebloom offers free sites to 'not for profit' organizations like sporting teams or social clubs.

Anyone in any team/club can start up a site for their team/club in 5 minutes and then use that site as a form of communication between the members with ease.

The steps are simple:

1. Sign up using the free sign up link at the top of this page. This gives you a pagebloom account that allows you to create sites and interact with existing sites on the pagebloom network.
2. Create a new site for your team or club.
3. Send an invite email to the members of your team or club so that they can sign in and register as members of your team.

Once the members have joined you can easily communicate with all members of the group by sending messages via the site. An email will be sent to each member of the group telling them there is something of notice. The emails contain a link which takes them to the page that shows them what's of interest. Some items require acknowledgement, for example "Tonight's training has been cancelled because the coach is interstate". Each member can then click "Acknowlegded" to acknowledge that they have got the message. Anyone in the team, including the manager can see who has acknowledged the message. When time for training approaches the manager knows he/she only has to contact those who have not already acknowledged the message - saving them time and money.
