Every pagebloom user gets a free pagebloom account when they sign up. This account is used to receive monies from purchases and it can also be used to make purchases of products on pagebloom hosted sites in addition to standard credit card purchasing. Purchases made from pagebloom accounts typically incur a smaller transaction fee on the business selling the goods or services that purchases made via credit card.

A user can 'purchase' top ups via Electronic Funds Transfer or via credit card to top up their pagebloom account balance.
