The order processing workflow system in pagebloom has recently been enhanced to send emails to your customers whenever their orders progress from one state to another. This saves you from having to manually email your customers with information about when they can expect their products to arrive.

Customers can access their orders via pagebloom

In addition to the automated email of order state changes your customers are able to sign in using their username and password and see the list of orders they have made with you and the state each order is in. This saves you time and hassle because they can obtain this information directly online rather than having to engage your time and effort to gain this information. The bottom line is you spend less time on unproductive administration tasks and more time doing more important things (like going to the beach =]).

In the future we will be enhancing pagebloom so that customers can choose to repeat previous orders. In other words this makes it really easy for them to place an order based on information already stored in the system. This saves them time and everybody likes saving time.
