Customers perform an initial quick sign up, entering only a few fields of data and then they can submit support requests for any of your products or services or just submit a general query. The person allocated the 'support' role for any particular website will be able to progress the state of the support request until it is eventually resolved. Each time the state of the support request changes the customer will receive an automatic email so that they are automatically kept up to date on the progress of their support request. In addition, at any time the customer can log in to the pagebloom network via your site to check the status of their support request.
